Exhibition Introduction

The China Import and Export Commodity Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, was founded in the Spring 1957. Held in Guangzhou in the spring and autumn each year, it is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the People's Government of Guangdong Province and hosted by the China Foreign Trade Center. It is the longest and largest trade fair in China, with the largest variety of commodities, the largest number of buyers and the largest distribution effect in different countries. 

As of the 123rd Canton Fair, about 1323.7 billion U.S. dollars of exports were achieved, and 8.42 million foreign purchasers were involved. At present, the exhibition scale of each Canton Fair reaches 1,185,000 square meters, nearly 25,000 domestic and foreign exhibitors, and about 200,000 overseas purchasers from more than 210 countries and regions.
