On September 27th, based on the Notice of the Municipal Government of "Some Measures for Providing Convenient Services for Large Enterprises in Shenzhen" (Shenzhen Government [2003] No. 136) and the conditions for large enterprises to access convenient services, Shenzhen Economic and Trade Information Committee after studying and reporting to the Municipal Government for approval, made a decision regarding 1576 enterprises, including KTC Commercial Display Technology Co., Ltd. are listed in the list of enterprises that access to convenient services from 2018 to 2020.

The "Privileged Enterprises" policy refers to the government's relevant departments to provide convenient services for large enterprises, to support and promote their development in Shenzhen, improve the investment and business environment.

The "Privileged Enterprises’ Services" are mainly characteristic as follows:

Special Office, emergency handling, and routine procedures shortened by half the time limit and key functional departments’ door-to-door service, follow-up service, and early intervention.

The policy is detailed as large enterprises during handling business problems encountered, can be prescheduled with the relevant departments for door-to-door handling services, while the relevant departments should implement and follow-up the results.

When large enterprises are required to submit projects for examination and approval by the state, the Municipal Economic and Trade Bureau and the Development Planning Bureau shall dispatch special personnel to interface the Ministry of Commerce and the State Development and Reform Commission to assist enterprises in going through relevant examination and approval procedures.

In principle, the time limit to deal with the examination and approval for large enterprises by the relevant departments shall be shortened by half as compared to the time limit to announce publicly.
