KTC currently has more than 6000 employees and has 11 SMT patch lines, 8 AI production lines, 5 machine board production lines, 6 film tangent lines, 9 light strip production lines, 17 LCM module production lines and 10 TV assembly lines.
LCD module production line (6 film tangent lines, 9 lamp production lines and 17 LCM module production lines)
There are 6 production lines in the die cutting workshop, which mainly produce 8-55 inch diaphragms for the assembly of various module screens, and build a dust-free workshop and imported cutting machines. The quality control department is responsible for the control of raw materials and production quality.
The full-automatic assembly line of LED light bar workshop adopts the original imported international first-line brand equipment, which provides strong support and guarantee for improving production efficiency and yield, and ensures the excellent quality and sufficient supply of LED module backlight.
There are 17 LCM assembly lines in the module workshop, covering all sizes from 8 inches to 55 inches. The operation of LCM module workshop has enhanced the market competitiveness of our open cell assembly screen, straight down backlight LCD TV and all-in-one machine, and further improved the market share of our products.
Core board production line (11 SMT patch lines, 8 AI production lines and 5 machine board production lines)
SMT patch wire has high density with the advantages of high reliability, high performance, high efficiency and low cost, our company insists on relying on science and technology to improve efficiency and spends a lot of money to introduce SMT equipment. At present, there are 11 imported patch production lines. The machine board production department has mainboard line, power board line and automatic plug-in line. The automatic plug-in line introduces automatic plug-in machine, which changes the traditional manual plug-in mode, greatly improves the production efficiency and further improves the product quality.
